Proof: If you request a proof prior to production, your designer will send the proof via email one business day after you order. Please check your email for an email from your designer. We will be waiting for your reply before producing the order.
Standard Production: Most items ship 3-4 business days after your order (or approve your proof). Many items will ship faster, so don't be surprised if your coffee mug ships the day after you approve your proof! Exceptions to this production time are below.
Rush Production: For printed paper goods (invitations, notecards, tags and stickers), we offer a RUSH option that reduces printing time to 1-2 business days and includes overnight delivery via UPS. Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping rates within the United States are as follows:
International Shipping Rates: All non-US orders ship based upon order weight and size. We are happy to ship internationally, but need to calculate an exact shipping rate based on your order and shipping destination. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items needed and your delivery address. We will let you know the various shipping options when we have this information.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees at the final destination.
Shipping Courier: Printed party items (invitations, notecards, tags and stickers) typically ship via FedEx Ground. Exception: If you order with our RUSH upgrade, shipping of these items will be via UPS overnight. Most other items ship via USPS.
Shipping Transit Times: Shipping transit time typically takes one to five business days based on your location. Please check your tracking number for a more accurate delivery date.
Tracking: A tracking number is always provided at shipment, and can accessed at any time by logging into your account.
