I made a oopsy and somehow ordered the wrong size case for my iPhone. It was clearly my own fault but I contacted them right away when I got my customized case to let them know I had gotten the wrong size. Even though it was my own fault, they were beyond help and gave me a coupon code to use so I wasn't forced to completely pay full price again. Being that my case was customized it was nonreturnable and they in no way were responsible to fix the problem because it was my own doing. I was so beyond thrilled when they helped me out. Sweetest people! the case quality is amazing. I ordered the tough and it is cute but well made. The printing is high quality and the overall look and feel is just great. This is not some cheap case that'll fall apart in a couple months! I'm a customer for life!
