Proofs are automatically sent for invitations and iPhone cases. Proofs are sent for other items on request only, or if the designer has a question about your order. If you are expecting a proof, please check your email for a message from your designer 1-2 business days after you order. We will be waiting for your reply before producing the order.
Most items take us 3-5 business days to make. Many items will be made faster, so don't be surprised if your onesie or tote bag ships the day after you order! Exceptions are below:
Our volume is extremely heavy around Mother's Day and Christmas. We strive to maintain our production times for most products throughout the holiday rush. However, production will be slower for paper goods, plates, platters, and crib sheets during our these times. Please order these items well in advance, and consider upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout.
After December 1st, we recommend upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout for all orders since mail typically moves slower due to heavy volume.

International Shipping Rates: All non-US orders ship based upon order weight and size. We are happy to ship internationally, but need to calculate an exact shipping rate based on your order and shipping destination. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at email@example.com with the items needed and your delivery address. We will let you know the various shipping options when we have this information.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees at the final destination.
Tracking: A tracking number is always provided, and can accessed at any time by logging into your account.
We accept returns on non-personalized, unused, unwashed items. You need to contact us to initiate the return within 1 week of product arrival. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued when the item has been returned.
Personalized items and custom designs are not eligible for returns.

This guarantee includes print and product quality, and well as text accuracy. If there is a typo or printing defect, please contact customer service within one week of product delivery and we will correct the situation. We'll do everything possible to make it right.
