Very nice customer service, and the piece was really nice.

Shipping was really slow, but I blame it pretty much on the holiday rush this year. I did reach out to the shop for help when the shipping tracking showed no movement for a week, and she made me a new one! Very nice customer service, and the piece was really nice.
