I purchased a total of 11 bags from this shop. Super cute to carry toys and other items in. The quality of the bag is nice, the designs are adorable, and it's personalized!!
Customer service was also great. She answered all of my questions and was willing to work with me on a new design. The items were created and shipped fairly fast. Overall, really satisfied and will be purchasing more in the future for gifts.
