Handmade Cupcake Wrappers

Everyone loves cupcakes, but sometimes the wrappers can be a bit boring.  This tutorial shows a fast, inexpensive way to create a cupcake wrapper out of decorative paper.  You can find decorative paper in the scrapbooking section of Michaels or Hobby Lobby, or in a pinch, you can use gift wrap.
